Zipper completely broke on first use. Was told by customer service that's never happened, then issued a 65% credit (not full refund?) and asked to see if I can find someone to repair it on my own time. Now I'm out $13 and have a useless pillow cover until I try to find someone who can repair it. But I guess it looks nice!
